Deadline to submit the downpayment of $50 per spot to save spots AND Drop deadline for groups to release spots and not be held liable for the final balance.
November 18th 2026
Final balance of payments are due for parishes.
Deadline for individual registration for teens.
November 20th 2026

Safe Environment Verification paperwork is due for all adult chaperones (Please remember that we require a chaperone to teen ratio of 1:8, gender specific)
