If I have a small, carpool group... when should we plan to arrive and depart?
The event starts Friday evening ​

6:30 to 7:00pm is Parish Arrival & Check-In

7:00pm the doors open to the Main Hall

8:00pm First Session Starts
The event ends Sunday afternoon

2:15pm Teens are dismissed to cabins

2:30pm Bus's arrive for pick-up. This is when carpools can plan to leave.
What if I can't recruit enough chaperones?
You can sponsor some young adult leaders to be your groups small group leaders!
What ratio of teen to leaders do you recommend?
The required is 1:10
We recommend 1:4
That would be 2 leaders per group of 8 students.
How much is it to sponsor a young adult for the weekend?
$130 per young adult
How much is it to sponsor a religious sister or brother who will then join our small group for the weekend?
$420 per religious
