RETREAT REGISTRATION
This is for....

Youth Ministers or an Adult Chaperone
-
You will be registering an entire group including teens and chaperons.

1 Adult 21+ year old Chaperone: per 10 teens you bring, per gender.

You will be in charge of getting your group to the retreat center and back to your parish.
-
You will be in charge of your teens/group the whole weekend.

​Each individual coming (teens & chaperones) need to complete and turn in Liability forms by check-in.
This is for....

18+ Young Adults

You will be coming on retreat as a leader!
-
You are not coming with a pre-registered group^.

You will be at the disposal of the Immaculata team to assign you to a group of teens for the weekend.

Will ideally be available for an extra day of retreat Jan 8-9th at the retreat center for Leader Training and prayer!
This is for....
-
High School Teens in 9th-12th grade who are registering as an individual (will not be going with a group leader)
-
Their parents will be responsible to get them to and from the retreat center safely.

They can select (on the form) that they would like to know of the closest drop off locations at local parish with a youth group bus (closer than all the way to the retreat facility)

They will be placed in a group for the weekend with our excellent young adults as their small group leaders.

​They can request (in the form) to be placed in a small group with other individual friends registering.

Girls are in girl groups. Boys are in boy groups.
This is for....
-
40+ yr old Adults
-
​Excited to come on retreat and pray for and chaperone teens!!

You are not coming with a pre-registered group.
-
You will be at the disposal of the Immaculata Team to help in various areas during the weekend of the retreat.

You are welcome to join our leader retreat the Thursday night before, but for most adults you have work and most likely will join us at the retreat house Friday evening.
