This is for....

Youth Ministers or an Adult Chaperone
You will be registering an entire group including teens and chaperons.
- 1 Adult 21+ year old Chaperone: per 10 teens you bring, per gender.
You will be in charge of getting your group to the retreat center and back to your parish.
You will be in charge of your teens/group the whole weekend.

Group Leader please fill out

Each individual coming (teens & chaperones) need to complete and turn BOTH of the forms in below.

Group Leader will collect all their student/chaperone Trinity Pine Forms. Please print and hand deliver at check-in.

This is for....

High School Teens in 9th-12th grade who are registering as an individual (will not be going with a group leader/parish)
Their parents will be responsible to get them to and from the retreat center safely.
- They can select (on the form) that they would like to join a local youth group for bus ride.
They will be placed in a group for the weekend with our excellent young adults as their small group leaders.
- They can request (in the form) to be placed in a small group with other individual friends registering.
Girls are in girl groups. Boys are in boy groups.

This is for....

18+ Young Adults
You will be coming on retreat as a leader!
You are not coming with a parish group^.
You will be helping with a group of teens for the weekend & potentially some other roles.
Will ideally be available for an extra day Jan 8-9th at the retreat center for the Leadership Retreat!

This is for....

40+ yr old Adults
You will be helping in various areas during the weekend of the retreat.
You are coming as an individual, not with a parish group.
Adults volunteers are welcomed to join our leader retreat the Thursday night before. With work we understand its less likely you can, so you will join us at the retreat house Friday evening.
